Accelerometers

Voltage Accelerometers (IEPE)

IEPE (Integrated Electronics Piezo-Electric) accelerometer is a type of piezoelectric accelerometer with built-in electronics that converts the high-impedance output of the piezoelectric crystal into a low-impedance voltage signal. This allows for easier signal transmission over longer cable lengths without significant signal degradation. IEPE accelerometers are typically powered by a constant current and output a voltage signal that is superimposed on the same line.

Charge Accelerometers

A charge‐type piezoelectric accelerometer is robust and designed specifically for high‐temperature vibration measurement. The unique design of our charge sensors delivers a high dynamic range, long‐term stability, and ruggedness.

Variable Capacitance Accelerometers

Dytran high precision single axis variable capacitance(VC) accelerometer. Used in airbag testing, crash testing, robotics, seismic monitoring, tilt measurements, low frequency aircraft/airframe vibration measurements as well as in flight and flutter testing.
